1 What we do?

We attach discrete wireless sensors to all the equipment measuring when it is in use and when it is Available.

We also conduct face to face gym floor customer surveys asking how busy customers find their favourite equipment and how likely they are to recommend the gym and why.

2 Why we do it?

Gym floor Customers Primary purpose for being on a gym floor is to use the gyms equipment.

How available the equipment is directly affects the customer experience, the value they receive from the gym and therefore their satisfaction with the gym.

3 What are the results?

Having information on customer demand – before buying equipment – to cater for customer demand, vastly improves Return on Investment.
